In classic San Francisco fashion, this sunny kitchen is located at the back of the home. Updated with high-end appliances, granite countertops, midcentury modern elements, and art, it retains some of the original architectural elements like turn-of-the-century framing and quaint touches, including a lovely coffee bar nook.
The gourmet, eat-in kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, dual wall ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, and stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer with both water and ice dispensers. The private backyard is accessible through French doors in the kitchen/dining area.
Yard
The beautiful, landscaped yard has a large deck with outdoor dining for six and a lounge area surrounded by trees and plants. Stroll further out across the meticulously landscaped stone and grass path to a second deck with another seating area–perfect for enjoying birdsong with a cup of coffee in the morning.

There are two full bathrooms (one small with a shower), each decorated in clean black, white, and shades of gray, one with a black subway tile shower and the other with a gray ombre subway tile full bathtub/shower.
A stackable washer and dryer combo is also available to guests.
